What is the Digital Moose Lounge?

Our Mission

"Founded in September of 1999, the Digital Moose Lounge is the network for Canadian expatriates living in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. The DML’s purpose is to be the first point of contact for new Canadian arrivals in the Bay Area, to facilitate business relationships between Canadian individuals and companies locally and in Canada, and to act as a hub for activities that are of interest to Canadians whether they be promoted by the DML, alumni associations and other Canadian interest groups in the area."

The Digital Moose Lounge Team

The Digital Moose Lounge is run by a group of dedicated volunteers, broken up into two teams. Our Board of Directors, who oversee the direction of the 'herd', and the 'Operations' group, who help coordinate and facilitate events, run the website, event calendar and mailing lists.
