Bio - Andy Finkle

Andy Finkle is an Associate Attorney with Brown Immigration Law, LLC where he specializes in U.S. Immigration Law – primarily helping individuals and businesses in the area of business immigration law. Working at a firm founded by a Canadian he deals with numerous Canadian issues as well as hearing the odd bad Canadian joke.

He received his law degree from the University of Nebraska where he had an interest in international and extra-jurisdictional law.

He routinely works with prominent high-tech companies and high-tech start-ups in Silicon Valley, as well as financial service providers, hospitals, universities, and countless other businesses of all sizes across the country. Additionally, Andy assists uniquely qualifying individuals as well as individuals seeking family based immigration benefits.

Prior to joining Brown Immigration Law in 2007 he worked for the Canadian Library of Parliament in Ottawa, Ontario (so he’s actually been to Canada!), was staff member for a U.S. Senator in Washington, D.C., and during college even promoted Canadian business in the U.S. as a volunteer with the Canadian Consulate General’s business development office in Atlanta, Georgia.
