Join the brave souls at 2905 Hyde Street - Aquatic Park SF for a guided polar plunge led by plungers practicing the Wim Hof Method. You’ll experience the thrill and health benefits of cold immersion in a supportive group, learning techniques to boost your resilience and unlock a renewed sense of vitality.
Whether you're a seasoned plunger or trying it for the first time, all are welcome to join!
We will walk over to Buena Vista for Irish Coffees after the plunge if you're interested!
