Join the brave souls at 2905 Hyde Street - Aquatic Park SF for a guided polar plunge led by a Wim Hof Method practitioner. You’ll experience the thrill and health benefits of cold immersion in a supportive group, boosting your resilience and unlocking a renewed sense of vitality.
Whether you're a seasoned plunger or trying it for the first time, all are welcome to join. Toques optional!
We will walk over to Buena Vista for Irish Coffees after the plunge to warm up😉
