About the Event
The Terry Fox Run, an international event honoring Canadian cancer activist Terry Fox's Marathon of Hope, is coming to Silicon Valley!
Our Board and community will be participating to raise funds for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), a world-leading institution in groundbreaking cancer research and treatment.
- Registration starts at 9:30am and we will be meeting at the Baylands Athletic Center - 1900 Geng Rd, Palo Alto
- The 5K run/walk starts at 10am
- End time is 2pm so there is no rush to get to the finish line!

By taking part, you're running not only for yourself but also for everyone whose life has been touched by cancer. You're running in memory of Terry Fox, who, despite having his leg amputated due to cancer, set out on an inspiring cross-Canada run in 1980 to raise awareness and funds for cancer research.
